Gym introduction – cardiovascular and resistance exercises adjusted to present fitness level and health condition.
The class participators have access to all gym equipment: treadmills, crosstrainers, bikes, rowers, arm ergometers, steppers & resistance machines to strengthen shoulder, arm, chest, core and leg muscles.
