Mobility & Flexibility class has been ongoing since 2010 and is aimed at people with limited mobility, back and hip problems. Mostly for middle-age and older customers who are unable to attend high intensity fitness classes.
1. Mobility
Stretching, relaxing and correcting exercises with music mostly in lying and sitting position.
Main goals: general mobility and flexibility improvement, back pain reduction, muscle relaxation and core strength development

Back and hips problems
Limited mobility and flexibility
Post operation/surgery recovery
Women after childbirth
Return after long breaks in physical activities
