Our Private Training Sessions are designed for people who want expert guidance, structure and accountability at a lower cost. These sessions give you access to professional support when you need it most, without the commitment or price tag of traditional personal training.
You’ll train in a supportive environment with our qualified gym staff, who will guide you through safe, effective workouts, help you use equipment correctly, and keep you focused on your goals. While you may work with different instructors depending on availability, every session is delivered to the same standard, ensuring you feel looked after, motivated and encouraged each time you walk into the gym.

This option is ideal if you’re looking for a long‑term coaching relationship, highly specific goals, or consistent follow‑up and accountability beyond the gym floor.
Unlike our Private Training Sessions, which are delivered by available leisure centre staff and focus on in‑session guidance at a lower cost, Personal Training provides a fully individualised service with continuous support from one dedicated trainer.
