Flexibility & Gym classes have been ongoing since 2010 and is aimed at people with limited mobility, back and hip problems. Mostly for middle-age and older customers who are unable to attend high intensity fitness classes.

Flexibility & Gym classes contain two parts:
1. Flexibility
Stretching, relaxing and correcting exercises with music mostly in lying and sitting position.
Main goals: general mobility and flexibility improvement, back pain reduction, muscle relaxation and core strength development
2. Gym
Gym introduction – cardiovascular and resistance exercises adjusted to present fitness level and health condition.
The class participators have access to all gym equipment: treadmills, crosstrainers, bikes, rowers, arm ergometers, steppers & resistance machines to strengthen shoulder, arm, chest, core and leg muscles.

Return after long breaks in physical activities

Free hot tea and coffee in Café Area for all class participators.
